How to set up a new client account:
Step 1: Create Your Account Today
Click on the "Create Your Account Today!" button.
Step 2: Click "New Patient"
It will take you to this window. Click "New Patient".
Step 3: Click "No" on next question
Choose "No" from the options on the next page.
Step 4: Enter personal details
Fill in things like your name and contact info.
After you complete your personal details, you will be logged into your account but unable to set up an appointment. Whitewood Creek has to finalize your account before you can set up appointments. In the meantime, you can browse the capabilities of your new portal.
